My wife and I had moved into these apartments in late 2006 and we were thrilled about the price and the management at the time. Parking was a trial at times, but we never had to leave the complex to park our second car. Soon after we moved in our furnace stopped working. That night we called the emergency number and within a few minutes we had a space heater brought to tide us over for the night and the next day we had a new furnace installed. The management always responded quickly and was very friendly.
Noise was never a problem for us. Our apartment was directly on beef bend and fairly close to 99W. So whenever you opened the window or sliding glass door on that side you always heard the traffic, but once they were closed you wouldn't even know that there was a busy road there. To that end the walls were thicker and more insulated than any apartment we had ever lived in before. We rarely heard a TV or anything from other surrounding apartments.
In our stay we went through 2 management changes due to the property being sold to another company. The first and third set of managers were extremely nice and we got along with them very well.
When I had received another job out of the Portland area we were sad to leave the apartments with the great management that we had been looking for many years prior. Our move out process was painless and even with a pet we got back all of our deposits without any problems.
All in all its a great place to live.
