I have lived at Wellington Estates for two years now. Its conveniently right off Hwy99 and for the size of the apartments its a great value! Even better yet I have laundry in my apartment and have a garage as well! I have never met a nicer management staff either. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a nice affordable community!
