I disagree with the negative views posted above. I am not familiar with past management personnel, but the current management (2009) is fantastic. We rented from Wellington Estates in no small part because the office staff was so friendly, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. Any issues we've had have been promptly solved, and office staff even checks in to make sure we're satisfied with maintenance work done. There are other apartments of comparable quality in Tigard, but I recommend Wellington Estates because the staff here elevates it above the rest.

I was renting a place in Wellington Estates and have to say that the management is some of the best I have had at any place that I have ever lived. Danika was always helpful and willing to answer any questions that I had. She was quick to respond to any issues that came up and always professional. I really appreciate living in a place where I feel very safe and well looked after. I would like to thank Danika for making my stay at the apartments so enjoyable and to my neighbors for being so polite.
