DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMPLEX: 1) Unreliable mail delivery and 2) 'control freak' management.
1) Problems with mail delivery time (sometimes after 5:00 PM) and with misdelivery of mail to selected residents (resident will not know if carrier has selected them until after move-in) which postal authorities will not correct even though there have been many complaints.
2) Aspen Management and the complex ------- are not reliable nor noteworthy people to work with Seniors. ------- is a psychological 'control freak' who incites residents to emotional reactions of residents causing possible health problems. Residents come away from encounters with ------- with feelings of frustration, crying, heart palpatations.

Aspensquare Management is an excellent property management company that has been in business for over 50 years! Unfortunately, we do not have control over the mail system. However, we know that only a few residents have experienced problems with the mail, but recently have had few to no occurrences. Woodspring Apartments Management & Staff have an open door policy and residents are encouraged to advise us of any concerns they may have. Often when there is a change in ownership and management, there is a transitional period for current residents.
Our direction comes from our Regional and National -------s with several years of experience who lead us to provide excellent customer service. Also in those variables we know it is impossible to please everyone, though we try! We are here to enforce the rules and regulations for the safey and well-being of our residents and our residents are our #1 priority. We do however encourage those who are dissatisfied to shop around and find a community that is best fit for them, because ultimately they are the ones who have to make that decision. In shopping our competition we are confident that for the level of customer service and our community as a whole, we offer VALUE!

I agree with the management! I have lived at Woodspring for over 10 years and have been through many changes, but I will say that I feel the most support from this new team of delightful, intelligent ladies. Not everyone knows how to deal with change and unfortunately they place the blame on others, when they are usually just unhappy people who complain about anything they can. I agree, take a look elsewhere if you're not happy because Woodspring is a happy place and we don't need negativity!

I'm surprised ----------- is not in prison from the gasoline card scandal that happened at Enterprise Rent a Car where she was in the ------- Trainee Program in 2006. Some say the amount in question was around $2500.... ?>?>? Has anyone else heard about this ??>?>?
