Apartments maintained and nice, Ideal for seniors as for location. But new management is a bully, not qualified to work with seniors. A control freak and harasses tenents into moving out. Lies about condition of vacated apt to holdportion of app. fee. Very noisy!!! Mail delivery is bad.

Aspensquare Management has been in business for over 50 years! I am proud to say that we offer an excellent level of customer service for our residents. It has been our experience in the last year that with change of ownership and new management can be a transitional period for current residents. Our policy is an open door policy and we encourage those with questions to contact us directly. Our job as caretakers and stewards of our property comes from the direction of national and district managers with several years of experience. By doing our job and enforcing rules and regulations is essential for the interest and well-being of all our residents. We know that there will be a few who will be displeased because when there is "change" you can never please everyone. However, our goal is to meet the needs of our residents while doing our jobs to the best of our abilities. Woodspring Management & Staff P.S As far as the mail delivery, that is an issue only a few residents have encountered!

I live in this complex - the owners and management ABSOLUTELY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS PROPERTY. they are a bunch of money hungry jerks. The apartment i live in is where we (who have to live with it) call "the swamp" because when built the drainage in the back is soooooo poooorr the grass is actually MUD!!!!! any senior who tried to leave their apartment for any emergancy via the patio doors would be sprawled out in the mud probably with a broken hip or arm or leg from slipping and falling. I guess maybe if the mud is thick enough they won't break anything. HA!! on their so called "change"- the only thing they "change" is the RENT!!!!! UP AND UP AND UP WITH NO REPAIRS SUCH AS "THE SWAMP" we are just suppose to live with it. had company the other day and they slipped and fell on their ass and their clothes were ruined - does management care????? NOOOO. Also the so called "landscapers/gardeners" SUCK!!! They walk around and pretend like they are doing something, I walk around and pull out the weeds, there is dirt compacted up against the parking spaces and bushes that stand next to the entrances of all apartments that are either dead or dying and are an EXTREME FIRE HAZARD, BUT they are left that way because it would cost them money to fix all this and I am sure the filthy rich owners are away on their 10th vacation this year and as stated before JUST DON'T CARE. I fully intend to find out who the owners are and write them with pictures asking them how they can continue to raise the rent when they don't do a DAMN THING. There, that is my resonse. find me i dare you. anonymous
