Wellington Estates 50% Recommended Apr 27 2008: I have been here at Wellington Estates for a couple years. It had been a great place to live, except for some of the trashy people that the old management allowed to live here. It is still loud, lots of Pacific Crest Apartment Homes 50% Recommended Apr 18 2008: This is the worst apartment complex we have EVER lived in. The management has changed 3 times in 4 yearsEvery manager is different and has different rules. The rent got raised the 3 times we signed a new lease.(We were Pacific Crest Apartment Homes 50% Recommended Apr 10 2008: I moved to Pacific Crest in January and have had nothing but a great experience. They have new office staff that seem friendly and willing to help in any way they can. The maintenance staff is fast and very reliable. Arbor Heights 61% Recommended Apr 06 2008: The complex can get quite noisy late at night, and management has not been very helpful thus far with this issue. The quality of the materials and fixtures used in the unit is low, it is very easy to damage Main Street Village 33% Recommended Mar 16 2008: My fiance i have been living here since June of '07 and we have been disastisfied since our move in date.
