This is an Okay place to live. It have grass areas to play and a play ground up the hill. There are many bushes of blackberries so it smells nice. But win looking for a place to live you need to know more, like in my Apr. there are spots where to floor makes a lot of noise, and the carped reanked up just after we had moved here. And sometimes when you look at it to rent is just to high for a 2 bed, 2 bath, and 600 some square feet. Our rent has actulley gone up over 100 dollers because (aparelenty) the economy in Oregon is booming. (Ha Ha Ha.) We have also had the cops here quite a lot it seems.
