I lived in this community only 3 months. On my move in date, they towed my car because they said I was in someone elses spot, even though it was the spot assigned to me. Then they wanted me to pay for it! Second, the police are here a lot. A friend of mine also lived here and had similar complaints. There hot water heater went out and it took several days to fix, their solution was to use the shower by the pool. I also found the grounds staff very rude and more than once found them peering into my apartment. When I moved out, I gave notice and broke my lease. Not only did I forfit 1 months rent $655 but ended up paying an additional $250. All this and they tried to say I was evicted! This was my second experience with GSL properties and neither one was good. The office staff is nice until you rent and then they treat you like a low-life. This might be okay for a temporary place but definetly not what you want to call home.
