Cherry Ridge Apartments

Not the Greatest If You Have a Family From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   When I first moved into Cherry Ridge, I realized how strict and professional they were, when I got a write-up after my son left his crayons on the porch. Now however, neighbors leave broken down furniture on their decks as well as cat litter boxes. I don't know what happened in the course of the past two years, but it's noticeably going downhill. There are parties that last till morning, loud car stereos blaring outside, domestic issues (loud screaming and yelling) that have the sheriff rolling in every other day, car break-ins, drugs, you name it. The management seems very nice, but I have noticed that they do not enforce the rules (smoking by the pool, etc.), because they do it themselves. I'm glad I moved out of there, and hope that all the other families who are hit with having to live there, are able to get out soon themselves.
