Lived here for about a year... Had three apt. managers in the time i was here. In that time got one complaint for a door slamming due to the wind. the next notice i got was a eviction what the hell' if you move in be ready to be quiet. cause you will be surrounded by the elderly. which i cant make any sense of cause the apartments are located right across the street from a ------- college.

If you really got an eviction with no more direct noise complaint notices, then you could have and should have fought it. But in my 2-year experience at the apartment, I've known one person to get evicted. They were having parties with 20 people 3-4 times a week, keeping at least 5 of their neighbors awake, and the police were coming almost every night for underage drinking.
