Great Apartments/manager.

I have lived at several different apartments and interacted with many managers, and I have to say that this apartment complex is by far the nicest.
Every Apartment has a beautiful backyard view (there is a 1/4 mile of forest directly behind the apartments). There is a well-maintained gravel/wood trail into the forest as well.
The rent is very reasonable, and the move-in cost is very small. A 300 deposit sets you up which is far better than any other apartment I've lived in.
The manager here, Josh has been the manager for several years now, he not only does his job very well, but he's also a really nice guy.
The only Con I have with these apartments is that some of the apartments have windows open to the walkways on every floor. So if your immediate neighbor is going to their apartment, they will be walking right in front of your bedroom window. In the summertime when you want to get fresh air in your place at night, this could be a problem.
