Noisy, thin walls, creaking floors, pissy neighbors, would not recommend...

Some of the 3rd floor apartments have great views and the floorplans are very nice...
...but it is very noisy. There is a major thouroughfare next to the buildings that has constant traffic and trucks about 20 hours a day. The apartment walls are paper-thin and normal conversation and tv/radio volumes are heard easily through them. It is impossible to tread softly enough to keep the floors from loudly creaking with each step.
The combination of this is unacceptable. I am moving out after only a few months. Highly discourage anyone from renting here.
They just lowered their rent, a few months before I moved in, because of lack of interest... (Now I know why.)
