Don't stop, drive past this garbage dump of an apartment building. The structure was built without any noise barrier/insulation. One can easily hear conversations from another unit (you can just imagine if they have a stereo or a party.) People entering/leaving units during the night keeps one awake, not to mention slamming doors. Repeated noise complains about certain neighbors are not investigated and ignored. If you care about your health, be warned that tobacco smoke will enter your unit, not to mention poisonous carbon monoxide fumes from your neighbor's charcoal grill...at 3AM! And ohh this get better...the irrational management goes crazy and kicks you out if you cover the dish that sits below the electric coil of the range with aluminum foil (in order to keep it clean and avoid repeated scrubbing) even though there's nothing about this in the rental agreement. Be warned...bring a lawyer and/or witness(es) when they do a unit inspection. For your mental and physical sake, avoid this place like the plague unless you're deaf.
