I have lived here for a few years and in the last few months the new management has really changed things. The grounds are finally being kept clean. Maintenance got right to my issue, a leaky faucet that was replaced due to age, where before they just seamed to ignore my requests. There is actually someone in the office during office hours, no more waiting for them to be there! I was thinking about moving but will stay now that the management has changed.
