For a 2 bed 2 bath apartment rent is only $610 - a great deal! Close to MHCC, stores, freeway, etc.
My only complaint is there are alot of spiders. However the managers are always out picking up trash, reminding tenants to keep the place clean and their trash in the dumpster.
This is the ideal place for college students, roommates, etc. I've been here over a year and have no plans to move.
The managers are really nice people.
