They just raise my rent $140/mo

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Lots of small problems, no balcony screen door, doors & drawers don't work well, dirty entry way with no access to hose to clean and they won't clean. Now they just raised the rent $140/mo after my 1 year lease ended. Wasn't a bad deal before but not worth what they are asking now!!!!!
