just to update, this is a wonderful place to live. If you want your front porch cleaned buy a hose and use the spout at each building. I have found the managment very wonderful to work with and every time I've had a maitaince request they have fixed it with a timely manner. would recomed this to everyone looking for a quiet, well kept apartment.
