My unit is beautiful. With a washer/dryer in my hall, woodburning fireplace in the living room and dramatic views of Mt. Hood out my living room window. I can honestly say its one of the best deals in this town. The few repairs Ive needed, were done right the first time, in about 24 hrs. One repair was done about an hour after I signed the request! Ive met some neighbors who have lived here since it was built, about 10 years I think. The developers added some great features like detached stairwells, so I never hear people climbing the stairs. Ive got one totally private deck and my front deck is semi-private. Extra storage off the front deck is included. My closet is huge and my oven is self-cleaning! The common areas are always clean and the garbage receptacles are placed throughout the property so no matter where you live you are near a dumpster. I love this place! BTW, the workout room is open 24/7. The times on the door are suggested hours. I asked the manager and she said since people work all shifts, she wants it available at all hours. Having your carpets replaced every 18 months sounds absurd to me and living in the back of the place I never see or hear a car. Did I say I love this place' Even my garage door opens automaticaly. The hot tub stays open all year long and during the summer, the pool is beautiful.

Actually by Law its every two years the landlord of the property has to replace your carpet or not charge you for any damage to the carpet.
