We still live her which I am so sorry to say but not for long. We will be moving as soon as we find a place. Don't care about the lease or not. We have been here a long time and have been dealing with this "NEW" management team. They will give you notices of disturbance for blowing your nose the wrong way. Don't smoke too close to the pool area. Don't be near anyone that did anything in question because you will be blamed for it too. Even if you were not there!! One tenant was asleep and was accused of an issue and is now being evicted. Hello''' He was not even involved or awake. Have not had too many issues until this last few months. If you have children, STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! You can't do anything without getting in trouble. Also, more that a few past tenants have had problems with getting their deposits and being accused of doing damages that they didn't do. They even try to charge you for the paint and trays they use to paint when you leave!! Not legal folks. We have looked into this one. Get a lawyer!! This place needs to be removed from any list that even considers this a good place to live. This is NOT living it is just surviving. Go somewhere else. Oh and the water, sewer and gabage bill if not paid in the 10 days for the date you get it you will get a nasty note from the office telling you that you are in rick of eviction!!! Hello' What the hell. Find someplace that values time and rent paid ontime. Being a good tenant. And not having to pay extra for normal utilities for apartments. $35-50. additional a month for this alone. The attitude of management after move in is rude, spiteful, disrespectful and just plain out unprofessional. Beware

Yeah and I know the owners were given information about this website too!! I am sure that is why we got them. I am hoping that this will be the case as well. We are praying for it!!! They need to go in a hurry and they need to go through peoples files and throw out all of the crap that they have been doing to the wrong people!! We are stuck here for awhile longer sorry to say. Even if you no longer live here due to these people please let the owners know!!!
