1400 dollars is the magic number From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/29/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   We had to leave as I took an assignment working in Iraq. They were super rude about us breaking the lease. We left the place spotless, carpets were new when we rented and we always took our shoes off at the door. Just like another review here, we received the nasty gram that we needed to pay 1400 for breaking the lease, painting, cleaning, etc...... I haven't paid it and don't care that it will affect my credit. The management here is very unprofessional. PS. We also endured the ants and the paperthin construction. We were ground level and we could always here the kids upstairs, the alarm clock next door, etc...
