While I'm not a tenant, my girlfriend has been renting here for about a year. Maintenance has been attentive, fixing problems immediately.

Management has two faces, however. When I initially went to view the apartment with my girlfriend, management was friendly and obviously eager to land another tenant. Once lease was signed, however, it's been a different story. Playing games like telling the tenant that they withold tenant history until you give notice. Pretty much leaving you up a creek if you try to look for another (better) place and something falls through.

Rules are also not consistently enforced. Residents are not allowed to send their underage kids to the pool with a non-resident and a pool pass. This isn't in their rules, but it's enforced. Meanwhile, things like horsing around in the pool, taking a shower before entering the pool and bringing glass containers around the pool are NOT strictly enforced.

Also, pool cleanings as well as hot tub cleaning are in question. The hot tub was actually in use while the water was visibly green.

Management just doesn't seem interested in the one, key ingredient that keeps residents coming back. Customer service. Customer service is lacking, if not completely absent unless they are showing you a unit. I'm a possible customer, but I would NEVER rent from them, nor would I recommend anyone else go there either.
