Like the review below, I cannot recommend this property under any circumstances. I, too have lived here for years. And the management here is on a delusional power trip, and are vindictive beyond anything I've ever experienced.

No enforcement of the 'no bikes/skateboards/scooters/etc.' rule. You just get told to document it and report it. I'm sorry, that is their job. I'm not getting paid to manage this property. They are and doing a very poor job of it. There is also no management available after office hours, so if someone is in your parking spot, you are SOL (simply out of luck).

There is very little maintenance done correctly, and the grounds (including the pool) are not kept to a good standard. The pool is regularly green due to the lack of proper upkeep.
Being close to a community college, it is expected that there will be some racket, but there is NO regulation regarding loud parties and the such after office hours. So if you have to get up for work in the morning, this is not the place for you or your family. (DEFINITELY not family-friendly by ANY stretch of the imagination!)

Save your sanity and your money and find somewhere else to live or you will regret it for years to come. There have been many tenants that have had major difficulties in getting deposits back; for example, charging a tenant for pet damage when they moved out and never even had a pet, which was documented by multiple other tenants. There have been other tenants that were charged for damages that were outlined in the 'move-in checklist'.

The "management" team at this property are extremely rude, obnoxiously short tempered, and, as stated above, delusional. All it takes is the single report of someone and you immediately get a notice of disturbance or eviction notice. No investigation whatsoever on the part of the "manager" to see if there is any truth to the matter.

Run like the wind far, far away from here. It USED to be a good place to live with good management, but no longer. I'll be moving at the end of my lease, but sincerely doubt that a good reference will be recieved from these "people". Do yourself a favor and don't sign the lease in the first place. Not worth any amount of money to live through this.

Good review. This place is an absolute NIGHTMARE. Everything you said is true. It is a hostile environment. I have lived in other apartments and have NEVER been treated the way I have been treated here. The people who work in the office are on a power trip and they don't know what they are doing--a bad combination. They tried to threaten me over a bogus complaint that occurred more than two (2) years previously under an expired contract and which was therefore inadmissible in court. My attorney set them straight on that and that was last I heard about it. If you're reading this, you know who I am guys! They were too cowardly to respond to my attorney -- they got their a$$e$ handed to them by somebody who knows the law so they just put their heads down and did nothing. I'm 43 and lived in lots of apartments in the past and NEVER have I had to hire an attorney to deal with management. I have my lawfirm on retainer and will until I move out as I fully expect them to try to mess with me when I leave.

Yes I agree, the worse place to live. I lived there 6 months and got me with a $1100 cleaning bill, who the hell charges $700.00 to clean the carpet and how much damage can you do in 6 months. Why do you pay first and last months rent if then they are gonna come after you and send you to collections anyway. Who ever that is that said they got an attorney I would like the attorney's name so I too can appeal this bill I received from this stupid ass complex. We can't just be letting this place get away with our money, they are a rip off. They are just in it for the money and don't ever want to maintenance your apt. ie ants...
