We moved in September 2008. We had a small ant problem that was resolved with in hours of our complaint. Management sent someone up with traps and other suggestions. later in the first month we were having dryer problems with in 12 hours of talking with the office we had a brand new dryer installed.
I think that the walls in our building are extremely thick because it is dead quiet we have never heard our neighbors.
we have never turned on our heat and it is the winter. very nice place
I believe we will sign a new lease for 2009.

Bollocks! This doesn't sound like the management I'VE had the great displeasure of dealing with. The unit I have been too STILL occasionally has ant problems and management needs a real lesson in customer service!

Apparently 'Sally2306' is either delusional or a member of the management staff writing a 'review' to make themselves look better. Like 'deomacius', there isn't a tenant in the complex that would agree with 'Sally'. The staff is unprofessional, punitive, and extremely unfriendly unless you are a "potential" tenant. Once they have your money, you are dropped from the face of the Earth as far as the "management" is concerned. Not to mention the unbalanced enforcement of the "property rules". And September through November does NOT count as Winter, especially in the Columbia Gorge. You are apparently unaware of the reality of the area, Sally2306. Either that, or you are smoking some tasty meth. And trying to say that your dryer was replaced within 12 hours? As deomacius put it, "Bullocks". That would mean that someone would have been working after 'normal business hours'. THIS SIMPLY DOES NOT HAPPEN! Even when advised of urgent issues (water leak), maintenence staff is nearly impossible to get ahold of. And forget trying to get ahold of 'on-site' management. If the office is closed, you are screwed.
