If you don't mind working for free, that is. Oh and you probably shouldn't care too much if you get falsely accused by the management and if your child gets hit by a car or a truck.
Anyone who is considering moving here should view this notice that was left on the doors of all tenants by the current "managers" (I use the term loosely--perhaps "non-managers" would be more accurate) and then decide if you really want to live here:

Oddly enough, there was no job application or W-4 Form provided along with this notice, no pay rate given, description of benefits, etc., for this job position, even though the tenants are clearly being instructed to perform work for the managers. In my opinon, this notice constitutes a demand, not a request, but the managers have no more right to ask the tenants to perform this function of THEIR job for them than they do to ask the tenants to clean the pool, mow the grass or fix the roof.
Anyone with children should especially think twice before moving in. There is a high probability that your child will be the victim of either a false accusation and you will be the victim of an unfair write-up because a complaint has been made and not investigated by management and/or your child will be hit by a car in the parking lot because management is too cheap and too lazy to deal professionally and properly with what is apparently a very serious threat to the safety of children at this complex.
Note the language in this letter. "Violators" and "offenders" who are in "noncompliance." Do these people think they are ex-cops' Someone should tell them they are not on the force anymore. And maybe find out why.

I wish I had read this before I moved in here. I am stuck in my apartment and had nothing but problems. the Assistant manager,Bruce Malden, is rude, unprofessional and a blatant liar. If I could tell all who look into this apartment to stay away I could. Please, please don't disregard what you read, there are lots of other apts in the area. Don't be fooled into moving in here.

You should get an attorney. You need one to defend your interests. If you tell your attorney what they are doing, you will probably find out it is illegal. Then your attorney will write them a letter and they will back off. That is because they are not a professional management company and don't know what they are doing.
