Troutdale Terrace Apartments

Very noisey From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   It is definitely noisey. Teenagers out all hours of the night, leaving trash all over for the maintenance to pick up. The office staff is friendly but can give a lot of lip service. The apartments are nice and large. The third floor views are great. I was told when I moved in that if you leave the apartment the way you rec'd it there would be no problem getting your deposit back. Well, I left it as nice or nicer than I rec'd it and I had a heck of a time getting my deposit back. Grrr After a lot of stress and problem I finally got it back, but it shouldn't have been like that.
