My wife and I just moved out of Troutdale Terrace and we will miss the place. Neighbors are good people. You WILL get the occasional teenagers with the loud music but if you don't like it then buy a house! Do you people not remember being 18'! During the 3 years we lived here the only complain we have is finding parking spots! if you have more than 1 car, it's a REAL pain! Very safe place to live in! The sheriff drives around the entire place just before 10pm to make sure everything is alright and there aren't any kids outside, Troutdale Terrace has a curfew, no kids under the age of 18 are permitted to be outside after 10pm. Freeway acces is awesome! Shopping place is close by. Management, especially Jorgan is THE BEST! No gym, sauna, pool or anything like that! Good clubhouse. Good view if you live in the 3rd floor which we did. Lots of after school activities if you have kids. Don't move to building 655, parking is the WORST there. Other than that, my wife and I lived very happy for close to 3 years.
