Troutdale Terrace is horrible if you live on the bottom floor. I have had no luck with getting semi decent tenants that live above me. They are constantly loud, not at night but by six or seven in the morning they are pounding on the walls, kids screaming and running from one end of the apartment to the other, and the list goes on. Try getting a good sleep with that noise, impossible! I even had a tenant that lived above me that would be so loud, that we would throw the occasional shoe at the wall for her to get the point, and she would run down the stairs and start pounding on are door like we were being loud. She also felt the need to talk ---- from her balcony as we got home. It was horrible. Parking I did not have a problem with, the apartment itself was okay. Except when we moved in things were already broken. The fridge would not turn up in temp, the dishwasher would not close, and their was constant dripping of water from the kitchen sink. The management was good, but does not make up for all of the other things. The landscape was also very nice, and kept up. Overall the place is nice but good luck getting a good tenant.
