Troutdale Terrace is a wonderful place to live. The staff is very friendly and is always there to help tenants in need. They have a lot of programs and services for residents. The landscaping is well kept and maintenance is always taking care of the same day or the next day. They do have occasional car break ins in the summer but who doesn't. Of course the people with complaints don't come to the monthly neighborhood watch meetings either.
