Great Apartments/manager. - I have lived at several different apartments and interacted with many managers, and I have to say that this apartment complex is by far the nicest. They just raise my rent $140/mo Lots of small problems, no balcony screen door, doors & drawers don't work well, dirty entry way with no access to hose to clean and they won't clean. Now they just raised the rent $140/mo after my 1 year lease ended. Wasn't a bad deal
