Beaver Creek Meadows 50% Recommended May 01 2008: WOW! I can't believe I didn't think of doing this earlier! Where do I begin? The manager is a COKE HEAD. Literally. My husband is an ex druggie of many years, and watched the traffic going in and out of her Mountain Meadows 24% Recommended Apr 11 2008: I lived in Mountain meadows for almost 2 years. Paid my rent on time every month and never complained about the untimely response to maintenance or noise level (very loud) Once i moved out there was an issue with the Troutdale Terrace Apartments 43% Recommended Apr 05 2008: I have lived here for 2 years and it was an okay experience. The management staff is very friendly and gets things done in a timely manner. However many tenants are a little less than desireable. I have had no luck with getting semi decent tenants that live above me.
