The Apartments are being remodeled. The whole complex has been repainted on exterior of all buildings. Maint. staff is always on task. Parking lot has been recently relined. Parking is only a problem because some tenets have more than two cars. They are going to be cracking down on the tenets will more than two cars. They are starting a parking sticker system. They have up-to-date smart card laundry system. Great living for half the price.
