I did not have a great experience living here. The staff was friendly until you actually needed something done. I signed a 9 month lease agreement, and then wished to extend my lease for 3 more months. But in order for me to extend my lease, I was told that I would either have to sign a whole new 9 month agreement, or my rent would be an extra $300 per month!!
Also, the hot tub was never hot, more like luke warm, the walls are very thin, so noise level was high, and it seemed like every week someone's apartment or car was broken into, or a woman was assaulted!
Other than that, people were friendly, however I would not choose to live here again.
