I have lived here at Forest Rim for 3 months now, and sadly I am left wishing I had moved elsewhere. Though the management staff is friendly enough, most of them are not knowledgeable about the lease agreements, maintenance, and other issues. In addition to that, there were many problems with my apartment. In the short time I've lived here, I've had a serious mold problem (large patches of mold lining the walls in my closet and laundry space causing my clothes to feel damp and stink, had to ask maintenance 5 times before they fixed it), a blind fell and hit my boyfriend in the face, and then the murphy bed (which is a bed that comes out of the wall,) broke while he was sleeping! There were multiple car break ins on the property, and some home break ins as well. I had to rent a garage to park my car in so I wouldn't have to worry every night when I parked it. I was also told that my car would never be towed off the property unless it was in non-running condition, however, last weekend I was towed by Retriever Towing, who just happened to drive thru and notice that I was halfway parked in a fire lane, so they towed me, costing me $279 (more than 1/2 my rent!)

The noise from the road and my neighbors, (who were not doing anything other than normal everyday activities,) was a constant irritation. The walls must be paper-thin, as I swear I could hear my neighbors fart.

Overall, it was a bad experience and a bad choice, and I can't wait until July when I can move without a huge penalty.
