I lived at Forest Rim for 2 1/2 years and hated every minute of it.
1. The neighbors were ridiculously loud and when you advised management they did nothing about it. They actually came into my apartment to hear the noise for themselves because they didn't believe me! I had to call the police several times for disturbing the peace because of the loud parties and noise.
2. The parking is horrible. I had to purchae a garage for $75.00 a month just so I didn't have to park a mile away from where I lived. Also, the security for your car is terrible, there is always a break in or some type of vandalism going on.
3. If the person smokes below you the smell will come right in since the building are poorly designed. The management won't do anything about it because their incompetant.
4. There are kids running around the parking lot everyday. They have actually brought a race track out into the middle of the parking lot because there was no where else to play and no supervision.
5. Management will not answer the office phone and will not call you back even though you leave a message.
6. The walls are paper thin and you will get woken up in the middle of the night if your neighbor even walks into the kitchen.
7. The sidewalks are always blocked with rocks and bikes. Management will not do anything about it. And neither will the parents.
The most expensive and worst place I have ever lived. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
