Attractive buildings and landscape mask hidden problems. Worst is parking: be prepared for long walks from the other end of the complex if you try to park in the evening. Very noisy buildings: I was awakened every morning at 6 a.m. by neighbors above me walking, using toilets, etc. Management slow to respond -- if at all -- to complaints such as numerous written complaints about neighbors who allowed their dog to run free and to defecate on the sidewalk without cleaning up after it. Cars will be towed illegally from handicap zones at owners expense in spite of improper and inadequate signage.
