Forest Rim is very expensive, and the costs are completely unwarranted. You have to pay ALL utilities, and they are not cheap. If you want your own parking space, that will cost you even more--we refer to anytime after 7pm as the "hour of the damned" because we can't find parking anywhere near our building. The buildings and grounds look nice at a glance, but the place is very cheaply built; the baseboards don't even meet the floors/walls in many places. Mold is a big problem. Management is completely unresponsive (we will never rent from Trammel Crow again) and like to leave the office early. It's not the worst place we've ever lived, but you can get this much and more for a whole lot less money!
