Ask about the crime before renting!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/9/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   We lived in a ground floor apartment (have since purchased a house). The previous reviews about noise are true. We could hear every movement from our upstairs neighbors. In fact, if we made too much noise (I have 2 kids), then the neighbor would pound on the floor like an elephant and scare the crap out of my kids. With regard to crime, there are police patrol cars in the complex on a consistent basis and several drug busts have been made that have been reported in the oregonian. Check out the crime before renting here!! Regarding the parking, we also paid the money for a carport and a garage.
