LYING-DECEIVING STAFF! NO FREEDOM! LIKE PAYING A MORTGAGE TO LIVE IN PRISON!

This place REALLY fooled my girlfriend and I who just moved in recently and now are locked down like a prisoner in a penitentary to put up with this whole ownership/renovation project that took place with little to no notice!!
The staff will bait and switch your ass! Be CAREFUL! Show you a primo place then get you excited to say ooooh, im sorry that one has been rented, and forward you to a cave somewhere on the property!!
Heres a FEW other things for you to consider:
1. Lying unhelpful staff that treat you like a scumbag when you want to go actually use the facilities in which you pay for (I walk into the office and get looked at like Im crazy)
2. PARKING IS ABSOLETE. Grab those hiking shoes, because thats what you will be doing!
3. The staff put a flyer ON MY DOOR THE SAME DAY THE CREW STARTED BANGIN-RESIDING,TEARING OFF THE SIDES OF MY DAMN BUILDING!! HAHAHAAA! WHAT A JOKE!! THE night before THE FOURTH OF JULY HOLIDAY, its now 7:00pm and they are still working!! HAPPY FOURTH TENNANTS!
4. GOT TOLD that bbqing is welcomed, only after finding out the leasing agents tell you ALL THESE GREAT THINGS TO GET YOU TO SIGN, come to find out its not welcomed after all!
5.I Have heard of alot of thefts and break ins into vehicles, fortunately hasnt happened yet to us!
6.The "NEW" owners pay to have the whole complex resided! (WHAT A JOKE!) I own a construction biz, and this siding is in perfect condition! HEY!! FOREST RIM! HOW BOUT ANOTHER POOL' BETTER PARKING' A BASKETBALL RIM THAT ISNT CROOKED!!'' PLENTY OF OTHER OBLIGATIONS BEFORE "SIDING"!!!
Conclusion: Dont waste your time. I know the property looks nice! The waterfall is appealing! But spend your hard earned money on thier mortgage elsewhere! They REALLY AND TRULY could give a ---- less about your business and YOU as a tennant!

I am sorry that you feel that way, but this is only your opinion, and if you own your own construction company and do not think that the siding needs replacing then I would hate to see the kind of work that you complete, because I can see just from a distance that this step is a great one being taken to better the place where I live. My notice was placed on my door long before the 3rd of July, so it just sounds like you might be unhappy with life in general. Not to mention, that the newer staff is so friendly and punctual, much better than the last. Move out if you are unhappy, and go purchase the home that you seek but obviously cannot achieve or you would not have rented an apartment to begin with. I love it here.

That sounds like a staff member...they are trying to get thier reputation up so they lie on here about "how great it is". The staff is composed of lying, decieving, air head women that lie and belittle you. That last response sounds like thier work.

response number 1 is obviously from the staff..... the first notice actually came and said that they would give you 48 hours before construction started... wrong... I actually got no notice.. they started on July 3rd and posted the notice about clearing patios at between 6 and 7pm on the 3rd..... someone should sue them for breaking lease by entering property without proper notice.
