I have also just moved in and nothing that the previous tennant stated happened to me. I also live in a building that siding was just removed. I was told by my neighbor that everyone was notified as to what was coming long before they actually started and then 2 days ago I recieved another notice preparing me, so I dont understand his complaint'''' I also agree with the comment to his rude remarks, that the siding does need replacing and if he owned his own business then no wanderhe lives in an apt, as he probably has no business if he could not figure out that the siding didnt look that great when you got up close to it. I think that it is great that the time is being taken to fix the siding and I dont think that it is going to take to long to repair. The staff is great, and I too just moved in and even recieved a questionaire on my counter top in my apt. My few maintenance issues have been handled and this is the first complex that ever called me back to see if the issues were handled by the maintenance guys.. The grounds are nice, and I love love love my apartment the best in the area, so dont listen to losers like the last, cause I am proud to live at forest rim.

I would say everyone has different experiences. Weather in life, or just simply living in an apartment complex! My experience has been fair. Nor great, nor horrible. I also own a business and "live in an apt" like the last person made out to be so wrong....I am simply a saver, and dont want to live in a 300k home and dredge up a huge mortgage every month. I would have to agree with him that the siding looked fine prior to repairs. But again, its niether here nor there, everyone has different life experiences individually.
