Forest Rim apartments suck! The RUDE,ignorant,errogant,decieving staff wrote the previous review praising forest rim, Nobody here likes what forest rim has become. Our apartments have been under construction for about a week now. All of our siding has been removed and our back porches are missing wood. The company responsible leaves lumber with nails covering walkways, they leave nails in the parking lot and they work odd hours and skip working days at a time. Now that our homes are torn apart, You ask the office what is going on with the contruction, and they dont even know what color the place is gonna be, looks like this constrution is going to take a while... There is a group of apartments of young punks that party all day and night that are very loud! I dont even live by them and can still hear the music that they play loud outside after city noise ordinance 10:00 PM. Staff will not help you, no matter how bad you need sleep for the next day. If you call the after hours help number,.... lets just say,-good luck ! People are allways parking in other peoples PAID parking spots. And again, a staff member was the only one that lied and gave this palce a good review, take it from someone who unfortuneatly lives here, stay away from forest rim- it will be the best decision you ever made! P.S. they fired there only security gaurd and all of the aprtments under construction have no lights at all outside at night. Crime is just waiting to happen.... A pitch black parking lot full of cars...Hope you have insurance...

I hope those young punks you are refering to arent us...We do listen to music while barbeqing on a $30 cd player that is no louder than a cricket chirping and are respectful and aware of the ten o'clock noise ordinance, and have never had one police officer at our our door,...maybe because its quiet by ten??Hmmmmm-unless of course its 4th of july or something.

Then you probably arent the ones I was refering to. The people I am talking about are outside all the time and frequently play thier music to loud- oregon tenant law as well as forest rims rules state that you should not be able to hear any noise outside the apartment. The people I am talking about have no respect for surrounding apartments and do play music well after 10:00 and can be heard one to two complexes away. I just dont think that they realize that nobody wants to see them partying on their front porch all the time... Looks like "Ghetto Rim" sometimes...

I never experienced seeing people hanging out on thier decks in a wierd way. Arent decks for lesiure? So how could it be Ghetto Rim? Also no loud noise for me, oh and I am a tenant not a staff member. The staff has all changed lately for the better I might add. They are really sweet girls. Why are you being so mean, it is kind of scary, maybe you should break your lease.
