I think my title says it best. The staff is slow to respond at best to any problems. Then if they actually do respond, you are hosed. They do not renew the leases of good rent paying people, instead opting to not renew those that pay their rent on time for the hopes of getting people that are late. We were not renewed, and like the other reviewer from the beginning of July, we were not notified exactly when the construction would begin. They came into our apartment without any notice at all and actually ended up leaving some of their tools on our patio over the holiday.

If you don't want to park a mile from your apartment, their are 2 options, work the graveyard shift so that you come home when everyone else has left for work, or pay for a covered stall or garage.

I will add a picture of the tools to prove my point at a later time. I need to get the correct adapter for the camera card.

There is probably a reason why they did not renew your lease. Man, I am glad that the office is not renewing leases for some, as I have lived here for 5 years now, and there was a lot of CRAP that moved in oh about 2 years ago.... Thank-God for the new property management, and Thank-God that they are doing things the RIGHT way, and getting rid of the crap like this above. There will probably be many more negative responses as they get rid of the CRAP. I am still living here and did pay the rent increase, and love my apt.

Listen here, I paid my rent on time, and followed all of the rules. I actually forced the management to follow them as well... which ended up costing them money. (They actually had to do repairs). And if you even had the testicular fortitude then you would have left your name and apartment so that others could tell you exactly what they think of you. To your point about CRAP from 2 years ago... that was not then, nor is it now me. I was only there for about a year. The new management is not doing things the right way. If you ask them to fix something, they don't, and then say that you never told them. Anyone that has problems needs to notify the COURT IN WASHINGTON COUNTY. This management company is only here to "flip" the property, and it will probably be sold within 6 months to a year.

I have read a few of these reviews, and I'm starting to get a little suspicous about the "anonymous" responses to the negative reviews. Is it just me, or does there seem to be a recurring theme of "good riddance to crappy tenants" and "what a fantastic staff" in the replies? Methinks a staff member hath too much time on her hands...

Catandfiddle...I agree with you. I am apartment hunting and it appears the staff is actually responding anonymously as if they are a tenant! I'll be looking elsewhere for an apartment. Who wants to deal with these jerks?
