I wanted to give my response, as others have given thiers and for the most part, I have a different opinion of Forest Rim. I just moved in here not to long ago, and I did not have staff lying to me like some other responses state. I dont know why people are so angry around here other than to suspect that like the last response stated they did not have thier lease renewed. What does that tell ya' There were also mean letters left at my mailboxes, who has the time for this' Forest Rim is a nice place to live, and the construction will end and when it does, we will have an even nicer place to live. The office staff always responds to my concerns and they are all really nice. I looked around the area, and Forest Rim is the nicest place in Tualatin.

now I know that this review was submitted by staff. Forest Rim cares only about charging people more for the same apartment. If they go for new residents, they can charge more for the same place. I do not know a sane person that would pay what they are asking for the "newly remodeled" apartments. For what they are asking, you could have a 2 or 3 bedroom HOUSE, not apartment, but your own house. Besides, to the poster of this review, how on earth would you have any clue about lease renewal. I could have just left and chosen not to renew because of the overly high prices for the apartment I was in.
