Complex unsafe - management lacking in people skills!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   THANKFULLY, just moved OUT!!! New management (based in Chicago with Chicago-transferred manager) has lousy and unfriendly attitude toward current tenants and basically just plain lacking in people skills and how to "be friendly and respectful." A "few" current tenants are okay with manager / management but MANY are NOT and cannot get out of complex fast enough when their lease expires! Noisy, no security (especially from people climbing over fence from strip mall right next door and "lurking around" complex), and units are over-priced compared to other nicer complexes in immediate area.
