well, i suppose i should just go down the list with the review, sooo.... parking is GREAT for my building but i could see it being crowded for others. i always check out a complex on a weeknight before i sign the lease to make sure there is going to be room for my truck when everyone else is home. they also have a little spot to wash your car which is really cool!

i very rarely hear any noise while i'm in my apartment. there was some construction for a couple of weeks while the unit next door was being renovated but they never started until 9-ish. never any yappy dogs or loud music. i can hear I-5 when my window is open but it kinda sounds like the ocean. :-)

the grounds are pretty and well maintained. it doesn't feel like i'm living two blocks from I-5. the exterior of the buildings is very tasteful and complements the landscape very well. there's also a pond/waterfall by the clubhouse that's really scenic and the pool and gym are nice.

i'm a former army sniper so there's not too many places i feel nervous about. my wife however is afraid of EVERYTHING. her feeling safe was one of the big selling points for us. five stars!

i'm a general contractor and i pride myself in attention to detail. i wouldn't say this place is up to standard for MY work but i've never had to call the office for maintenace issues. i gave them four stars on this one. everything is nice and solid but doesn't have the five star finishing touch.

maintainace gets an automatic four stars just because i've never had to call them! i pointed out some deficencies when i signed the lease and they were fixed by the time i moved in.

i can't speak for anyone else but ALL of MY experiences with the staff have been top notch. they never tried to mislead me about anything. they were very forthcoming about all expenses and policies which is very different from some other places i've been. i honestly can't imagine why this place is rated so poorly. the things that i was reading about in other reviews -- most of that stuff happens when you rent. i don't think i've ever rented somewhere that didn't change/raise their rates constantly.
