It is all about eye candy! They get you in and then nothing. I have called for the same window to be fixed several times and have now given up. It can stay closed until I move out. I should have known something was up when they had me sign the mold form. They told me to keep a fan on the preset timer and not to change it to avoid mold! They told me to call a plumber about a very slow drain. (I thought thats what the maintenance depatment was for) Parking is the worst! Why they couldn't tow the car that sat in front of my building for months, but the rest of us have to move our cars every 48 hours, I will never understand. When I brought this up to them they told me the owner would just roll it across to the next spot if the put a warning sticker on it, so they had given up! I will say that the staff is friendly, but that is how they lure you into the trap. My wife wanted to move in because of the new clean look outside, but now we wouldn't move back if we had too. Watch out for rapidly increasing rent! I signed a one year lease for $830 after that first year was up I now am paying $930 very high for this area and poor maintenance. I guess they have to pay for all of the new golf carts!
