Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2003-01-01
The place looks great on the outside, but after a few months, you find the problems.
Overall, I have no complaints with the apartment.
It is a great layout.
However, you pay for it.
I'm paying $830 right now for a two bedroom.
When it was time to sign my lease they only gave me $310 off my rent and I had to sign a year lease in order to keep my rent from going up.
Do you like to sleep through the night on the weekends' Well don't move here.
I love my restful nights and have woken up to some unpleasant noise.
For example: drunk people laughing outside, people running up the stairs, banging on the handrail, people above having a party with loud music, ect.
My lease is up soon and I'm looking to move.
