Hedges Creek

I have read the other comments and yes, parking is quite a pain if you come home anytime after 9 or 10 o'clock. The longest distance that I ever had to walk was maybe 100 feet from my apartment. No, you may not get a spot right in front of your door.
When I lived there the grounds were kept up. If the tennants wern't constantly leaving trash everywhere it would look a lot better. Yes, there are some kids but I did not notice a lot of unsupervied ones. Yes, your neighbors may be loud. There were a few incidences where the police had to come because of a drunk person or domestic abuse. Yes, there was a person who decided it was a good idea to let of fireworks at 2:00AM.
The big "rats" that someone had referred to are called nutria they look like beavers with a skinny tail. Overall, the apartment is not that bad. There is also a bridge that attached the apartment complex to Starbucks. It is a nice walk where you can see ducks and nutria. I would have no problem moving back to Hedges Creek if I had to. The rent does go up fast, keep that in mind.
