Think twice before you rent here.

The units are tiny and not worth the price, and the parking is a problem, as is the service.

I was on the waiting list for an entire year to get a covered parking spot (which are priced too high).

They don't have assigned spots, so residents are often forced to park far away - which is a security problem at night.

I was approached by suspicious looking people on several occasions - it seems like a safe area, but it's really not.
With a couple of exceptions, the employees in the management office are abrasive and dishonest.
Nothing was ever done about noise complaints, and parties would extend into the wee hours on the morning.
It was, overall, an aggravating place to live.
