Hedges Creek

Well, I've lived here for a month. I guess all you who complain about this place has helped my situation. Rent here for a 2 bed 2ba is $700. All you folks movin' out made em desparate for me. I could afford a rent 4 times what I'm paying here, but alas, I too will soon be moving. You see, with all the money I'm saving, I'll be buying a home next year.
They must have hired some better people here because the staff I've met have all been decent.
Noise (I rented 3rd floor) is negligiable, however my neighbor downstairs came up to complain that I was too loud. I didn't think I was, but I wasn't being overly careful, either. I probably wouldn't want a 1st or 2nd floor place if it bothers other people, too.
I thought the Nutria were cool. You see, they reside in a swamp behind the complex as members of an ecological preservation wetland. You who complain are just ignorant. These creatures don't bother anyone, don't do any damage, and play a role in our environmental ecology.
Fitness center is nice, clean and well kept. Pool is nice, too.
I must admit, parking does suck at night, but oh well, what's a 60 second walk to my building hurting?
Only thing I must say is that too often, like so many other places in this country these days, the residents are anonymous and keep to themselves. It would be nice if people smiled or said hello.
