What can be said' The rent is high, the noise level is higher, no parking, unkept grounds and rude staff.

After the staff did nothing about the resident in the apartment above us working out in the middle of the night, we moved to a different apartment. Not having been in the apartment for a day, we could literally see fleas hopping on the carpet. How did they handle this' They sent out an exterminator and told us we had to deal with the fleas for the 6 - 8 weeks it would take for all of the eggs to die. Not to mention, we had to vacuum every day for that time period and had to purchase our own vacuum bags. We were never given any sort of reimbursement for this. I still have scars from all of the flea bites I had.

The noise is really bad too. Expect to wear earplugs if you plan on sleeping at all.

Also, you pay for everything here, electricity, water, sewer and garbage.



Very disappointed overall for the price you pay for these units they should include a garage.
