The people that live here dont care if they are being loud and the apartment staff dont want to do any work about contacting them... cause the "quiet" hours are only between 10 and 6 at night. But during the day people are as loud as all hell. And I cant believe the staff doesnt do anything. This one neighbor booms the hell out of his boom box and slams the door as loud as can be (but all neighbors seem to slam their door, like they own the place). And its true the maitenence people dont do anything but act (badly) like they're cleaning up the place. And they LOVE raising the rates, so they can get better cars. And they dont live here anyways so who cares right' well thats what they think.
